Marcin Kydrynski

Born on May 24th, 1968 in Warsaw. Studied in Warsaw’s Academy of Theatre. A journalist, composer, songwriter, guitarist and music producer, cooperating for years with 3rd Program of Polish National Radio, where he conducts jazz programmes, inclouding famous „Siesta“. Co-author of recordings of Anna Maria Jopek – popular polish jazz singer (and Kydrynski’s wife).

Marcin Kydrynski is also a traveler and a photographer, picturing mostly people and landscapes. He published two album books: Chwila Przed Zmierzchem (1995) and Pod słońce (1999). He used to publish in National Geographic magazine and had a cover-story in one of international issues. In 2001 Kydrynski has been awarded with a Prize of National Geographic Society in Washington, DC.

Lustra  is a single publication of three new albums of Anna Maria Jopek entitled: Sombremesa , Polanna  and Haiku,  where the music is accompanied by the great photo story by Marcin Kydryński.

Limited edition Lustra+  includes a series of five, the highest quality portraits of Anna Maria Jopek, that can be viewed since November 4th 2011 in the form of a short exhibition accompanying the Anna Maria Jopek tour, promoting her album Sombremesa.
